Changing the level of dehydration before and after training indoor cycling
Abstract
The objective this work was scan the level of dehydration in cycling indoor athlete, from academy in Cachoeirinha city. This study participed 10 stundent of feminine sex with age between 20 and years. The information was realized in a scales of mark welmy, checking the body weight before and after the class, in the day don’t was ingest drink the result demonstration there was a small degrees of dehydration significant of 76,05 ± 11,53 before and after of 75,55 ± 11,50 being (p 0,92). The conclusion was that practice of cycling indoor execute without ingest drink take the dehydration body. After this study perceive that is very important the hydration before, during and after the physical activites from take precations the dehydration guarantee the good physical performance and the maintenance of the health the practice.
