Abstract

Like this the present work has for objective to evaluate the influence of the Physical Activity and nutritional orientations in the concentration Glycemic and IMC in the diabetic patients of the Type 2. The study was of the Longitudinal Descriptive Retrospective, being used the data (I Weigh, Height and Glycemic of Fast in three different measures) registered in the integral patients of a group of Diabetics (n = 16, composed 56.25% for women, with ages between 42 and 74) handbooks accompanied in a Basic Unit of located Health in the municipal district of Natal/ RN. The obtained results demonstrated that BMI and the concentration the patients Glycemic decreased progressively along the time (p < 0.05) and in both sexes. It was concluded that the intervention accomplished with the group had significant influence in the decrease of the patients corporal weight, contemplating in the reduction of BMI, as well as in Glycemic of Fast of the same ones. More studies should be accomplished in order to monitor the use of medicines among the diabetic patients Type 2 apprentices of Physical Activity and under nutritional attendance.
