Effects of a diet hipoglicídica associated with a program of exercises of strength and endurance in women practitioners of physical exercises regularly.
Abstract
The objective of reducing the percentage of body fat. To this end, five individuals were females, were submitted in two weeks, a diet based on diet hiperglicídica in South Beach, eight sessions of training drills, exercises, alternating strength and endurance. During the speech as the variables monitored plasma glucose and muscle strength located. The analysis of the study showed no positive results to slimming of individuals, the reduction in body weight was greater proportion of the weight free of fat, compared to the weight of fat. For the variable plasma glucose, there was a continuation of the levels at the end of the sessions of exercises of endurance and a reduction of 10.7 mg.dL-¹ in the sessions of exercises of force. In variable located muscular resistance were not observed results showing that the performance drop. The results of this study allow us to conclude that the diet hipoglicídica associated with years of strength and endurance has not been positively to weight loss and that the best way of obtaining results favorable to slimming so healthy, is to follow the recommendations of the DRI'se ACSM.
