Effectiveness of the supplementation of proteins in the training of force
Abstract
The proteins are among the alimentary supplements more consumed in the world. In this article 12 field researches were selected involving training of force and supplementation with proteins, published between 1995 and 2007. Of the analyzed goods 75% were with men and 25% were with men and women, and the age group varied from 18 to 80 years. 83% of the selected goods obtained positive effect with the supplementation of proteins in the training of force, and 17% didn't find need of the use of that nutritious one in the training in subject. The best results in force and won of corporal mass they were found in the combined use of protein, carbohydrate and creatine, and the best moment for the supplementation was soon after the training. And the best reception of amino acids was when it is combined the protein pré-underwent digestion (amino acid) with sucrose or glucose. However that nutritious supplemented has effectiveness in young people, and in people with age above 56 years the same efficiency was not verified.
