Efecto del ejercicio en cinta rodante y la obestatina sobre el perfil lipídico y los niveles de malondialdehído sérico (MDA) en un modelo de rata

Resumen

Objetivo: El presente estudio investiga el efecto de la obestatina administrada por vía intraperitoneal (IP), el ejercicio en cinta rodante de corta duración sobre el malondialdehído sérico (MDA) y el perfil de lípidos en el modelo de rata. Materiales y Métodos: Cuarenta y cinco ratas con un peso de 100 ± 5 g fueron seleccionadas y divididas en cinco grupos experimentales; El grupo 1/control se mantuvo normalmente y no recibió ninguna solución o ejercicio incluido en la obestatina. El grupo 2 (placebo) se trató con solución basal (50 ml de agua destilada). El grupo 3 se denominó grupo de obestatina, al que se le inyectó durante el experimento solución de obestatina (10 microgramos de obestatina/ratón). El grupo 4 se conocía como el grupo de cinta rodante que se sometió al protocolo de ejercicio (entrenamiento en cinta rodante de 15 días) y el grupo 5, conocido como el grupo de obestatina y cinta rodante (OT), se sometió a la inyección de obestatina y al protocolo de ejercicio. Los grupos de ejercicio fueron entrenados durante 3 semanas. Resultados: el grupo de caminadora mostró una disminución en la concentración de colesterol total (CT) (67,67 mg/dl), en comparación con el grupo control y el grupo de obestatina (79,00 y 78,33 mg/dl, respectivamente). Al igual que con el nivel de CT, los triglicéridos y el colesterol HDL (HDL-C) disminuyeron en el grupo de cinta rodante (triglicéridos: 70,66 mg/dl frente a 87,67 mg/dl en el control y HDL-C: 46,10 mg/dl frente a 57,33 mg /dl en control; p < 0,05). Además, el nivel de MDA disminuyó en los grupos de cinta rodante y cinta rodante-obestatina. Conclusión: el ejercicio en cinta rodante a corto plazo redujo significativamente el perfil de lípidos en plasma y los niveles de MDA en el modelo de rata. Sin embargo, la administración de obestatina no tuvo un efecto significativo sobre el perfil de lípidos y la MDA. Además, la administración de obestatina en combinación con ejercicio en cinta rodante no tuvo un efecto sinérgico sobre los lípidos plasmáticos, el nivel de MDA y la proteína total en ratas.
