Evaluación de etiquetas de suplementos deportivos con respecto a la biodisponibilidad de micronutrientes

Resumen

El objetivo del presente estudio fue verificar la cantidad de micronutrientes en algunos suplementos deportivos comercializados y discutir las posibles interacciones en relación a la biodisponibilidad resultante de su administración. Se enviaron las fichas técnicas de los productos por correo electrónico o postal y se analizaron los micronutrientes que tenían algún tipo de interacción, positiva o negativa, como entre calcio versus hierro, vitamina C y hierro, sodio y calcio, etc. A través de todas las encuestas analizadas se concluye que se deben realizar más estudios para un mejor análisis del efecto real de cada una de estas interacciones entre micronutrientes cuando se juntan en una misma fórmula para saber si realmente habrá o no una interacción. cuando también se consideran las comidas.
