Valutazione delle etichette degli integratori sportivi in ​​merito alla biodisponibilità dei micronutrienti

Abstract

L'obiettivo del presente studio è stato quello di verificare la quantità di micronutrienti in alcuni integratori sportivi commercializzati e di discutere le possibili interazioni in relazione alla biodisponibilità derivante dalla loro somministrazione. Le schede tecniche dei prodotti sono state inviate via email o posta e sono stati analizzati i micronutrienti che avevano un qualche tipo di interazione, positiva o negativa, come ad esempio tra calcio vs ferro, vitamina C e ferro, sodio e calcio, ecc. Attraverso tutti i sondaggi analizzati, si conclude che dovrebbero essere condotti più studi per una migliore analisi del reale effetto di ciascuna di queste interazioni tra micronutrienti quando insieme nella stessa formula per sapere se ci sarà o meno un'interazione quando si considerano anche i pasti.
